西宁市居民出行特征分析及对策研究

摘　　要：为了改善西宁市居民出行的交通环境,分析了西宁市城市居民出行调查的有关数据,通过居民的出行方式、出行目的、出行时耗、出行距离及其分布、出行时辰分布及高峰小时、出行空间分布等一系列指标,总结归纳西宁市城市居民出行特征及其原因。针对其出行总量增加、出行距离加长、出行时耗增加、城市交通大区间的联系通道交通量较大、高峰小时峰值强劲等特点,对西宁市城市交通发展提出大力发展公共交通、建设快速公交系统、增加城市各路网密度及发展其支路系统、加强城市道路交通的建设、管理和运行、加强交通法规的宣传与提高交通参与人素质等建议,对于推动该市的交通发展具有积极的意义。In order to improve the resident＇s travel traffic environment,the data of resident travel survey in Xining were analyzed. The residents＇ travel way,travel purpose,travel time,travel distance and travel time distribution,peak hour travel and space distribution were used as indicators,and the residents＇ travel characteristics and the reasons were summarized. Based on the characteristics of increased travel amount,longer distance,more travel time,increased traffic volume on the channels between large districts and intensified peak hour,proposals for developing public transport,construction of bus rapid transit system,increasing the network density and extending urban branch system,strengthening the urban road traffic construction,management and operation,the traffic laws publicity and improving traffic quality were put forwarded. The recommendation has a positive significance for promoting the development of transport in Xining.
