彭县黄鸡体尺性状与屠宰性能的典型相关分析

摘　　要：为探讨彭县黄鸡体尺性状与屠宰性能之间的关系,随机选取60只(公、母各半)180日龄彭县黄鸡进行体尺和屠宰性能测定,并进行简单相关和典型相关分析。结果:彭县黄鸡体尺性状和屠宰性能间绝大部分指标间达到显著或极显著的正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);公、母鸡体尺性状与屠宰性能间的第一对典型相关系数分别为0.971和0.927,贡献率为0.974和0.817,均达到极显著水平,在两组性状中起主要作用的指标均为体斜长、半净膛率和全净膛率。研究结果表明:对彭县黄鸡屠宰性能的选育可以将体斜长作为主要参考指标进行间接选择。In order to investigate the relation of body measurement and slaughter performances of Pengxian Yellow Chicken,60 chickens（30♂＋30♀）at 180 days of age were randomly selected to measure the body size and slaughter performances,and the correlations among these traits were analyzed. The results showed that there were significant and highly significant positive correlations among most of the traits（P0.05 and P0.01）,and the first canonical correlation coefficient between body measurements and slaughter performances were 0.971 and 0.927 in male and female chicken,which explained 97.4 and 81.7 percent of total correlation,reaching the extremely remarkable level. The analysis indicated that the main traits for the canonical correlation coefficients were body slope length, percentage of half-eviscerated yield and percentage of eviscerated yield. The body slope length can be as a main reference index to indirectly select meat performance in Pengxian Yellow chicken.
