摘 要:为探索预燃室通道结构对胜动12V190型燃气发动机燃烧特性的影响,利用CONVREGE软件,对多种预燃室通道参数下发动机燃烧过程进行模拟。结果表明:当β数一定时,通道数太少会使得主燃烧室火焰周向传播时间太长,而通道数目过多则火焰径向速度下降,其最佳通道数为4;当通道数一定时,β数过小则主燃烧室火焰偏向燃烧室底部,β数过大则火焰偏向燃烧室顶部,其最佳β数为0.35。且发动机的指示功率随通道数和β值的增加先增加后减少,而NOx排放率则随通道数和β值的增加先降低后增加。综合比较,选取β值为0.35的4通道方案,相对于采用均质混合气燃烧方式的原型机,该方案显著提高了燃烧速率,指示功率提高14.1%,NOx排放率分别降低41.5%。To investigate the effects of the structures of channels between pre-chamber and main chamber on the combustion characteristics of gas engine typed Shengdong 12V190, the in-cylinder combustion processes under different channel structures were calculated by using CONVERGE package. The numerical results show that, under the constant amount of r, inadequate channels will lead to a decrease of the flame circumferential propagation speed, while excessive channels will result in decrease of the flame radial propagation speed, and the optimal value for channel number is 4. Fur- thermore, under the constant amount of channels, over low or over high value of the β number will cause the flame overly deflect towards bottom or top parts of the main chamber respectively, and the optimal value for β number is 0. 35. Moreover, the indicated power first increase and then decrease by increasing channels and β, while NOx emission is the opposite. Finally, the set of 4 channels with ,8 value of 0. 35 is confirmed as the optimized structure, which remarkably enhances the combustion rate, leading to a reduction of 41.5% for NOx emission rate and an increase of 14. 1% for indicated power, respectively.
