美国西南能源公司页岩气勘查开发经验与启示

摘　　要：美国西南能源公司在美国和加拿大拥有丰富的天然气资源。2014年,其天然气证实可采储量达3043亿m3、天然气产量达217亿m3,在页岩气勘查、开发、生产等领域具有丰富的经验。通过梳理美国西南能源公司的成功经验,总结出该公司具有良好的商业发展理念,能够不断挖掘自身潜能将技术创新做到极致,通过业界驰名的低成本保障其能够稳定获利,具有精炼的人员结构和"一条龙"垂直整合模式等,这些宝贵经验值得我国学习和借鉴。同时,对我国页岩气勘查开发具有如下启示:一是加强与国外先进公司的合作共赢,二是要加大适合中国特点的勘查开发技术攻关,三是努力降低页岩油气开发初期成本制约,四是大力增强企业内部竞争和激发活力。Southwest Energy Company（SWN）has abundant natural gas resources.2014,the natural gas proved recoverable reserves reached 3043 billion cubic meters,and natural gas production 217 billion cubic meters.SWN has rich experience in shale gas exploration,development,production and other fields.Through systematic summary,I concluded that SWN has good business development concept,and can continue to excavate their own potential to achieve the technological innovation,and can continue to reduce their cost to maintain stable profit,and also can refine their personnel structure and＂one-stop＂vertical integration mode.All these experiences are very valuable for our country to relevant.By comparison,the shale gas exploration development of China has the following enlightenment：one is to strengthen win-win cooperation with foreign advanced companies;the second is to increase the technology research with our Chinese characteristics;the third is to try to reduce the cost in the initial stage of development;and the fourth is to inspire the vigorously strengthen of internal competition.
