摘 要:由于实际TBM刀盘的直径较大(直径6 m以上),采用等比例实物刀盘进行相关实验研究代价较大且难实现,因此进行TBM刀盘缩尺模型研究有助于刀盘结构优化和延寿设计等研究的开展。依据相似理论,建立了TBM刀盘的材料、几何、载荷和动力等特征量相似参数集合,依据TBM刀盘实际掘进过程中的各项参数及多点冲击分布载荷特点,获取TBM刀盘缩尺试验平台的设计参数,构建了一套具有多种刀盘分体结构和刀具布置方式的TBM刀盘缩尺试验平台。运用Ansys Workbench和ADAMS软件对试验台进行静动力学仿真,得到缩尺刀盘刚度和阻尼与理论值相比误差小于5.3%,缩尺刀盘载荷曲线平均值误差小于4.2%,波动方差误差小于2.9%,验证了缩尺刀盘试验台静动态特性的相似性。The diameter of a real cutterhead is so large ( ≥ 6 m) that experiments on a life-sized cutterhead would involve significant costs and would be difficult to conduct. Therefore, research on a reduced-scale model of a tunnelboring machine (TBM) cutterhead is beneficial to the optimization and life-extension design of the tool. A collection of parameters such as material, geometry, load, and dynamic quantities of a TBM cutterhead were gathered. Based on the theory of similarity. The design parameters of the test bench were acquired, and a reduced-scale test bench for a TBM cutterhead with different assembly structures and different cutter-knife arrangements was designed based on the parameters and load characteristics of the multi-point impact distribution determined from the excavation process of an actual TBM cutter. The static and dynamic analyses of the test bench were performed with AnsysWorkbench and AD- AMS software. The results show that, compared to the expected value, the stiffness and damping error of the reduced- scale cutterhead is less than 5.3%, the mean value error is less than 4.2% and the variance error is less than 2.9%, proving the similarity of the test model's static and dynamic performance to the performance of an actual eutterhead.
