摘　　要：具备全球覆盖能力的全球卫星导航系统数据传输业务在未来国家安全、国民经济和对外合作等领域将发挥十分重要的作用。文章通过对欧洲Galileo的搜索与救援(SAR)业务、GPS的危险报警卫星系统(DASS)和北斗区域短报文通信业务的分析研究,可以看到建设具有更强通信能力的北斗全球导航系统符合全球卫星导航系统(GNSS)未来发展趋势。文章提出了北斗全球卫星导航系统数据传输业务的系统方案、业务模式和链路设计,并评估了系统通信能力,可以作为后续深入论证的依据。Data transmission service of global satellite navigation system with ability to coverage area has very important effect on national security,civil economy and foreign cooperation in the future.Through research and analysis on search and rescue（SAR）service of European Galileo,distress alerting satellite system（DASS）of GPS and regional short message service of Beidou,it can be concluded that building more powerful communication ability of global Beidou navigation system accords with the development trend of GNSS.The system scheme,service mode and link design of the global Beidou satellite navigation system and data transmission service is put forward.The system communication ability is evaluated and it can be regarded as the evidence on careful demonstration in the future.
