摘　　要：在对国内城市CBD建设现状和发展趋势进行总结的基础上,对CBD的特点和规划建设难点进行了分析,并对CBD地下空间开发进行了探讨。通过对CBD地下空间合理的开发利用,可为CBD的交通和市政基础设施提供有力保障,为营造CBD商业氛围、构建活力街区和建设生态城市创造有利条件。On the basis of summarizing the present construction and development trend of urban CBD in China, the article analyzes the characteristic of CBD and the difficulties of planning construction, and discusses the development of CBD underground space. The reasonable development and utilization of CBD underground space can provide the powerful guarantee for the traffic and municipal infrastructure of CBD,which creates the favorable condition of building CBD commerce atmosphere, energy block and ecologic city.
