摘  要:在通过中外合作办学实现将优质教育资源"引进来"的同时,我国有越来越多的高校也积极通过境外办学寻求自身教育资源的"走出去"。传播中华文化,彰显我国教育和文化软实力;推介我国高校强势专业,引导其参与国际竞争;开展区域研究,促进高校学术水平的发展;拓展海外教育市场,在教育全球化竞争中占领先机是高校境外办学的主要动因。针对存在的主要问题,我国高校境外办学应完善相关政策法规;加强顶层设计,进行宏观指导;明确境外办学的定位;掌握当前全球化教育市场的竞争规则;健全境外办学质量保障体系。Among Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, a number of universities in China are importing education resources of superior quality. At the same time, more and more are making effort for running schools oversea to export our education resources. The motivations of Chinese universities to run schools oversea include spreading Chinese culture in order to display our soft power; promoting the strong specialties to engage in international competition; carrying on area study to improve re- search level; expanding the education market oversea to take an advanced status. Finally, some sug- gestions are given to solve the related problems, including consummating the policy and regulation of running schools oversea; enhancing the top design and guiding in the macro view; clearing the orienta- tion of running schools oversea; paying attention to the regulations of global education market; per- fecting the system of quality assurance of running schools oversea.
