摘  要:为了探明纳米零价铁(nZVI)在反硝化处理系统中的"剂量-效应"关系,采用批次实验,考察了不同C/N比条件下,nZVI投加量(0~100 mg/L)对反硝化颗粒污泥(DGS)脱氮性能的影响,分析了氮素形态、比反硝化速率(μ值)、胞外聚合物(EPS)组成及铁元素分布的变化规律。结果表明,当原水中nZVI浓度高于5 mg/L时,DGS对硝态氮和COD去除率均出现下降,导致剩余亚硝态氮浓度上升。在不同C/N比条件下,nZVI对DGS比反硝化速率的抑制符合Haldane模型,R^2在0.944~0.995之间。随着C/N比的增大,颗粒污泥对nZVI的吸附量明显提高,抑制系数(KIH)大幅降低,DGS对nZVI抑制作用的抗性逐渐减弱。当nZVI投加量超过25 mg/L时,EPS中蛋白质与多糖含量开始下降,这不利于维持DGS颗粒结构的稳定性。To explore the dose-response relationship of nanoscale zero-valent iron( n ZVI) in biological denitrification systems,the effects of n ZVI dosage( 0 mg / L to 100 mg / L) on the performance of denitrifying granular sludge( DGS) at different C / N ratios were investigated in this study. During the study,the transformation of nitrogen forms,the specific denitrifying rates( μ values),the composition of extracellular polymeric substances( EPS),and the distribution of elemental iron were analyzed in detail. The results showed that the removal efficiencies of nitrate nitrogen and COD decreased with n ZVI dosages higher than 5 mg / L,whereas the residual concentration of nitrite nitrogen increased significantly. Moreover,the inhibition of n ZVI dosages on the specific denitrifying rates was well fitted by the Haldane model,as the values of R^2 ranged from 0. 944 to 0. 995.In addition,both a higher adsorbing capacity and lower inhibition coefficient( KIH) were observed with an increase in C / N ratios. This indicated that the resistance of DGS to n ZVI toxicity weakened gradually. When the dosage of n ZVI was higher than 25 mg / L,the concentrations of protein and polysaccharides in the EPS greatly decreased,which would decrease the structural stability of the granular sludge.
