摘  要:考察了微生物絮凝剂对广东省佛山市某工业园区印染污泥的脱水性能,探讨了微生物絮凝剂与Fenton试剂复配对该污泥脱水性能的影响。结果表明,经微生物絮凝剂、Fenton试剂调理后印染污泥含水率均有一定程度的降低,含水率下降4%~5%;微生物絮凝剂与Fenton复配得到的最佳污泥脱水条件是:微生物絮凝剂投加量52.4 mg/L,H2O2投加量88.2 mg/L,H2O2/Fe^2+比值为8∶1,p H为3.5。在此条件下污泥含水率由之前的87.32%降低到79.72%。Microbial flocculant was investigated in the dewatering of dyeing sludge in an industrial zone of Foshan City in Guangdong Province,China,and the joint effects of microbial flocculant and Fenton reagent on the characteristics of sludge dewatering were explored. The moisture content of dyeing sludge was reduced by 4%to 5% after treatment with either the microbial flocculant or Fenton reagent. The optimum conditions for dyeing sludge dewatering using compounded microbial flocculant and Fenton reagent were as follows: microbial flocculant dosage of 52. 4 mg / L,H2O2 dosage of 88. 2 mg / L,H2O2/ Fe2 +ratio of 8∶ 1,and p H of 3. 5. Under these conditions,the sludge moisture content decreased from 87. 32% to 79. 72%.
