摘 要:本文建立了奶粉中SCN-的表面增强拉曼光谱(Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy,SERS)分析法,并与离子色谱(Ion Chromatography,IC)法结果进行对比分析。在优化条件下,SERS法的线性范围为0.10~0.60mg/L,检出限为0.05mg/L,方法回收率在70.5%~109%之间,RSD小于9.8%。分别采用SERS法与IC法对比分析了35种不同市售奶粉中的SCN-含量。结果表明,两种方法分析结果的相对比值在0.70~1.06之间,方法之间无显著性差异。相比而言,SERS法简单、快速、准确,能满足奶粉中SCN-的快速检测,在奶粉质量监控等方面具有良好的应用前景。A method for the determination of thiocyanate using surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)was developed.Under the optimal conditions,the linearity was observed in the range of 0.10-0.60mg/L with the detection limit of 0.05mg/L.While being applied in the analysis of 35 different kinds of milk powders,the recoveries of thiocyanate in milk powders were in the range of 70.5%-109% with relative standard deviations less than 9.8%.The results were consistent well with those obtained by ion chromatography with agreement ranging from 0.70 to 1.06.There was no significant difference between the two methods.In conclusion,SERS method is simple,accurate and suitable for the rapid determination of thiocyanate in milk powders,showing great prospect in the milk powder quality monitoring.
