摘  要:不同浓度8000 IU/mg苏云金杆菌(Bt)悬浮剂防治杨小舟蛾Micromelalopha troglodyta幼虫,结果表明:飞机超低容量喷施1000倍液,喷药3 d后幼虫校正死亡率25.6%,12 d后达到最高,为95.9%;高压远程喷雾机地面喷施100,300,1000,1500,2000,3000倍液,12 d后幼虫校正死亡率达最高,分别为99.9%,99.7%,97.9%,94.9%,86.1%,76.1%;生产上防治宜采用1000~1500倍液,大面积发生时可采用飞机防治。Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt) 8000 IU/mg suspension agent at different concentration was applied against Micromelalopha troglodyta larva.The result showed in the treatment of ultra low volume aerial spray of Bt 1000 times against M.troglodyte,the correct mortality were 25.6%3 days after the treatment and reached the highest(95.9%) 12 days after the treatment;in the treatments of ground spray of Bt 100,300,1000,1500,2000 and 3000 times with high pressure long distant sprayer,the correct mortality were 99.9%,99.7%,97.9%,94.9%,86.1%and 76.1%respectively 12 days after the treatments.Bt 8000 IU/mg 1500 ~ 1000 times should be applied in production,and aerial spray was the better way for large areas control.
