摘　　要：主要阐述将基于DOM的影像成果对1∶10 000基础地理信息数据库进行快速动态更新工艺流程的研究与分析,并制定了基于重点要素和全要素更新模式技术规程,主要内容有外业数字调绘核查系统、内业基于ArcSDE的分布式生产模式和按区域动态更新模式的技术方案,并对该方案生产出来的数据库进行精度检测,检测结果满足技术设计的要求。This paper is based on the outcome of DOM images,and we do the research and analysis 1∶ 10 000 fundamental geography information database fast dynamic updating process,and develop technical regulations of key feature and total feature updating mode,so the main contents are field work digital annotation verification system,inside work distributed production model based on ARCSDE and technology solutions dynamic updating mode by area,besides use this solutions produced a database and take accuracy testing,and the test results meet the technical requirements of the design.
