摘　　要：大数据时代,恐怖活动时有发生,并呈现出新的特点。反恐情报部门应顺应形势,拓宽工作视野,引用大数据技术提高反恐情报收集能力,做到提前预警、有效打击,把恐怖主义扼杀在摇篮里。本文在介绍大数据定义、特征的基础上,剖析大数据背景下反恐情报存在的形式,通过介绍国内外大数据背景下反恐情报研究的有关成果,深入探讨大数据背景下收集反恐情报的途径,最后提出大数据背景下反恐情报收集应注意的问题,期望对学术界提供有价值的参考。In Big data era, terrorist activities happen frequently, and present new characteristics. Counter-terrorism intelligence department should adapt to the situation, broaden the horizons, and take advantage of big data technologies to improve the ability of anti-terrorist intelligence gathering, in order to make early warning, and crack down on terrorism. This paper introduces the definition, characteristics of big data, and some methods of intelligence gathering. It analyses the existing form of anti-terrorism intelligences under the background of big data form. The paper also does research on some foreign achievements in this field. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to the counter-terrorism intelligence gathering, expecting that this paper can provide valuable reference for academics.
