摘　　要：目的降低手术患者麻醉相关并发症和不良事件,提高患者安全性。方法参照国内外麻醉和手术风险评估方法、安全管理和质控制度、相关技术指南及规范,结合多年临床实践,搭建麻醉患者风险评估和分级管理平台。结果1建立和改进术前对麻醉患者风险评估方法。2拟定风险分级管理基本原则。3设计一套可操作性流程。4配套开发麻醉患者风险评估和分级管理的软件及患者风险管理档案。5制定麻醉风险管理质控考核标准。实现对手术患者风险识别和评估、分级管理、智能信息档案以及过程考核等整个过程进行管理。结论此平台使手术患者风险管理变得简单规范,容易操作,有利于提高手术患者的安全性。Objective To reduce anesthesia related complications and adverse events and improve patient safety in the patient with surgery. Methods The project of preoperative assessment and stratification of risk management for patients with surgery were developed by reference to risk evaluation methods of anesthesia and surgery,safety management and quality control system of surgical patient,technical guidelines and norms related to the anesthesia and combined with years of our clinical practice. Results The project were developed for risk assessment and stratification of management in the patient with surgery,including ①the preoperative risk assessment method for surgical in patients with surgery,② principle of stratification of risk management,③ operational processes of stratification of risk management,④ software of the preoperative risk assessment and grading management,and⑤ standards for quality control of risk management. Identification and assessment of risks stratification of risk management,intelligent information and whole process management should be made in surgical patients. Conclusion The project make the surgical patient risk management become easy to meet the norm,easy to operate,and favorable to improve the safety of surgery patients.
