摘　　要：新中国成立前夕毛泽东提出的"赶考"思想,蕴含着中国共产党对国家治理的初步思考,是中国共产党探索新中国国家治理的思想源头,对于当前在全面深化改革中推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化具有重要的历史借鉴意义。On the eve of the founding of New China,Chairman Mao proposed ＂taking-official-exams＂ideology which contains the preliminary thought on national governance of the Communist Party of China（ CPC）. This ideology is the ideological source for the Communist Party of China（ CPC） to explore the national governance. It is of great historical significance to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance competence in the comprehensively deepened reform and opening up policy.
