摘　　要：高校工会是学校联系教职工的桥梁和纽带,在大学文化建设中具有政治优势、组织优势、社团优势和功能优势,是大学文化建设中不可或缺的力量。高校工会要充分利用自身优势,找准工作定位,进一步健全工作机制,积极提供机遇和平台,推动教师专业发展、人文精神的培育和职业道德的建立。同时,应加强高校民主管理、校务公开,积极开展丰富多彩的教职工文体活动,运用"互联网+",为大学文化建设增添活力。Trade unions have political advantage,organization,community and functional advantages in the construction of university culture,therefore are indispensable to university culture construction. By making full use of its advantages,trade unions in colleges and universities should find the suitable position,further improve the working mechanism,actively provide opportunities and platforms in promoting teachers＇ professional development,cultivation of humanistic spirit,and establishment of professional ethics. Meanwhile,trade unions in colleges and universities should strengthen the democratic management and opening up of the universities affairs,actively carry out various colorful activities,should make good use of internet in adding dynamism to the university cultural construction.
