对行经皮椎体成形术的老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者进行优质护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨对行经皮椎体成形术的老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者进行优质护理的效果。方法:选取近年来在我院使用经皮椎体成形术进行治疗的96例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者作为观察对象。按照这些患者的就诊时间将其分为优质组和常规组,每组各48例患者。对常规组患者进行常规护理,对优质组患者在进行常规护理的基础上进行优质护理。然后比较两组患者的VAS评分、ADL评分、SAS评分及其对护理服务的满意度。结果:经过护理后,两组患者的VAS评分、ADL评分及SAS评分均有所降低,且优质组患者降低的幅度明显低于常规组患者,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优质组患者对护理服务的满意率明显高于常规组患者,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行经皮椎体成形术的老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者进行优质护理的效果显著,可明显缓解其不良的情绪,减轻其疼痛的程度,提高其对护理服务的满意度。objective analysis of kyphoplasty for treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture and nursing effect. Methods December 2013- 2014 November in our hospital for percutaneous vertebral forming therapy to take high quality nursing 48 cases of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compressibility fracture patients as the observation, and before December 2013 underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty forming therapy take routine nursing of 48 cases of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture patients as control and to explore the nursing experience. Results VAS score, ADL score, SAS score comparison, the observation group than the control group, the difference was significant（P〈 0.05）; satisfaction comparison, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion in the senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures underwent percutaneous vertebral plasty during, the implementation of high quality nursing can alleviate the patient＇s bad mood, improve pain in surgical patients, improve patient satisfaction, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
