摘　　要：甜地丁为米口袋属豆科植物,其化学成分以黄酮、挥发油、有机酸类、甾醇、萜为主。现代药理学研究显示,米口袋属植物具有抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化等作用,主要用于治疗腹泻、肠炎、化脓性炎症、阑尾炎、痢疾等症,其不仅是民间常用药,更是多种中成药的重要原料。本文主要从植物资源、化学成分、药理活性等方面对甜地丁的生药物研究以及化学成分、药理活性研究进展进行了综述,以期为米口袋属植物的临床用药及资源开发提供有效借鉴。Manyflower gueldenstaedtid herb（ MGH） is a Gueldenstaedtia leguminous plant with principal chemical components of flavonoids,volatile oils,organic acids,sterols and terpenes. The results of modern pharmacological studies showed that Gueldenstaedtia plants have anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial and anti-oxidative effects and they are used primarily for the treatment of diarrhea,enteritis,suppurative inflammation,appendicitis,dysentery and other diseases. Gueldenstaedtia plants are not only used as common folk medicine but also important raw materials of Chinese patent medicine. This article reviewed the pharmacognosy studies and the research progresses of chemical compositions and pharmacological activities of MGH from the aspects of plant resources,chemical composition and pharmacological activity,etc. so as to provide effective references for the clinical application and resource development of Gueldenstaedtia plants.
