摘　　要：医学检测是保证飞行训练和飞行安全的重要环节,由于选拔体制不同,美国空军飞行人员医学检测与我国空军差异较大。在检测类别和内容方面,美军根据飞行类别进行分类检测,根据任务确定检测内容和时机,明确初级检测站需要检测的内容,对视功能矫治、飞行药物使用等影响飞行操作和安全的内容规定非常详细,对病史采集、口腔检测的要求也明显不同于我军标准。在检测机构和人员方面,强化各级机构逐级授权,监督机制健全。在管理手段方面,强制执行航空医学信息管理系统,并根据信息化和工作需求实时填报相应表格,批准下发各类管理规定数十项,相关飞行人员医学检测的法规制度十分健全。美军飞行人员医学检测的组织管理值得我军借鉴。To study the management of US Air Force pilots medical examination,and to improve and to benefit our pilot cadet selection quality in spite of the differences between China and America.US medical standards of recruiting student pilots were reviewed,and the characteristics of its procedures,requirements,recording and medical standards for medical examinations given by the US Air Force were summarised.The management of US Air Force pilots medical examination was highly efficient,including the general information and administrative procedures,responsibilities,medical examination for flying and special operational duty,medical clearance for joint operations or exchange tours,examination and certification of ARC members not on EAD,mobility standards and deployment criteria,rules and regulations,etc.Compared to our standards,the US medical standards are more consummate,subtle.We can rectify our medical standards and flow sheet by referring to the American.
