摘 要:针对目前应用广泛的电机减速器的过盈联接方式,简要介绍了该联接方式的优缺点和联接结构类型,以联接形式不失效为出发点,依照力学相互作用原理逐步推导出处电机减速器轴毂配合的最小过盈量,结合工程经验选定最终的轴毂配合,然后按照第三强度理论校核轴孔配合的强度,同时以实例演算对计算方法进行了验证。Aiming at the current application of the interference connection mode of motor speed reducer,the advantages and disadvantages of the connection mode,the types of connection structure are briefly introduced.Take the form of no failure connection as a starting point,according to the principle of mechanical interaction,the minimum amount of interference have been deduced with the motor speed reducer shaft hub.Combined with the engineering experience to determine the final selected hub,and then check the strength of shaft hole with the theory of third intensity.At the same time,the calculation method is verified by the example calculation.
