摘　　要：针对电脑横机纱线运行中因静电导致横机工作稳定性低的问题,利用单片机S3F8419设计静电逻辑控制电路,通过产生高压电离空气消除静电的方法,设计了可控高压输出的静电消除仪器.该仪器可实现在电脑横机生产过程中的实时静电监测、检测和消除,并采用充电板离子平衡监测仪TREK157可连续采样和数据分析处理.实验结果表明,该仪器可消除纱线静电,提升横机安全性及生产效率.Due to the problem of low stability of flat knitting machine caused by static electricity in the process of yarn operation,a static logic control circuit is designed by using single chip microcomputer S3F8419. By producing high pressure ionization air to eliminate electrostatic, a controllable static elimination equipment is designed. The instrument can realize real time monitoring, detection and elimination in the process of computerized flat knitting machine production, and can be used for continuous sampling and data analysis and processing by using the TREK157 of the ion charging board balance monitor. The experimental results prove that the instrument can eliminate static of yarn,and enhance the safety and production efficiency of the flat knitting machine
