执政党认同的系统演进

摘　　要：政党政治是当今世界政治生活的普遍现象,增强共同体成员对执政党的集体认同,进而巩固执政地位、扩大执政基础、完成执政使命,是执政党政治社会化的内在要求。执政党认同是一种心理认同,它表征着共同体成员对执政党思想上、情感上和意识上的归属感,是肯定性心理反应与建设性行为表达的集合体。执政党认同系统,包含情感层面的自然认同、行为层面的强化认同和价值层面的理解认同三个层次,自然认同是执政党认同的前提和基础,强化认同是执政党认同的重点和关键,理解认同是执政党认同的目标和归宿。自然认同、强化认同和理解认同分别构成执政党认同系统演进的初级阶段、中间环节和实现标志。In the contemporary world,party politics is a common phenomenon of political life in most of the countries. To strengthen community members’ collective identification towards their ruling party,and then consolidate its ruling position,widen its ruling basis,and accomplish its ruling mission,is inherent requirement of the ruling party’ s political socialization. The ruling party identification is a psychological identification,which denotes community members’ sense of belonging towards the ruling party in thought,emotion and awareness,and implies a set of affirmative psychological- reactions and constructive behavior- expression. The system of ruling party identification is organically composed of natural identification on the emotion level,fortified identification on the behavior level,and understanding- based identification on the value level. The natural identification is premise and basis of ruling party identification,which constitutes the primary stage of the systematic operation of ruling party identification. The fortified identification is emphasis and sticking point of ruling party identification,which constitutes the middle term of the systematic operation. The understanding- based identification is objective and incidence of ruling party identification,which constitutes the implement symbol of such a systematic evolution.
