摘  要:研究了钠、钙、镁、铁4种金属离子和化学试剂(碱剂、尿素)对羧甲基纤维素钠糊料黏弹性的影响。结果表明:加入4种金属离子后,糊料的黏弹性均有变化。Na+和Mg2+对羧甲基纤维素钠糊料的黏弹性能影响较小,Ca2+和Fe3+对羧甲基纤维素钠糊料的黏弹性能影响较大。加入Ca2+和Fe3+后,糊料的弹性模量、损耗模量和表观黏度均增大;Ca2+和Fe3+浓度大于0.5%后,随着金属离子浓度的增加,糊料的弹性效应逐渐增强,表现出越来越显著的弹性。加入碱剂或尿素后,糊料的弹性模量、损耗模量和表观黏度均有一定程度的减小,因糊料的损耗角降低,糊料表现出较强的弹性效应。The effects of chemical reagents and four kinds of metal ions(Sodium, calcium, magnesium, i- ron)on viscoelastic behavior of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose paste were studied. Results indicates that the viscoelastic property of pastes changed when metal ions were added to the system. Na+ and Mg2+ have small in- fluence on the viscoelastic property of the carboxymethyl cellulose, Ca2+ and Fe3+ have more influence on it. After adding Ca2+ and Fe3+ , the elastic modulus, loss modulus and apparent viscosity are all increased;when the concentration of Ca2+ and Fe3+ is greater than 0. 5%, to increase the concentration of them, the elastic effect of paste is increased, elastic behavior is remarkable. While when the alkali or urea is added, the elastic modulus, loss modulus and apparent viscosity are reduced mainly because the loss angle is reduced.
