摘 要:自上世纪九十年代后期"韩流"进入中国已近二十年,韩国文化在我国的影响力却持久不衰。可以说,韩国文化的影响已经渗透到中国社会的各个角落,且大有愈演愈烈之势。从传播主体的作用来看,韩国文化的国际化战略可分为三种模式,即政府主导型模式、市场主导型模式、民间主导型模式。韩国文化成功进入中国甚至走向世界的一个重要原因就是韩国政府在推动本国文化国际化的不同模式中定位清晰明确,充分发挥了政府、市场、民间各自的作用。涉及国家层面的公益性、非营利性文化传播项目由政府主导,而可盈利的文化传播项目则由市场主导,政府则通过制定政策进行扶持或协调。It has been approximately 20 years since the "Korean wave" went into China in the late 1990s, yet the South Korean cultural influence in China is still persistent. It can be said that the impact of Korean culture has penetrated into every corner of China's society, and it is still growing. From the perspective of the role of the mediums of communication, South Korea's cultural internationalization strategy has three models, namely, the government-led model, the market-dominant model, and the nongovernment-dominant model. An important reason behind the Korean culture's successful entry into China and even the world is that the South Korean government defines its role clearly when promoting the internationalization of its national culture, giving full play to the roles of the government, market and non-governmental groups. The government leads the communication of public- welfare, non-profit cultural projects, while the for-profit projects are led by the market, with the government making supportive policies or working as a coordinator.
