摘　　要：培养MBA学生经营管理的决策能力是MBA教育的重要目标,掌握MBA学生的决策能力分布规律与特点是有效开展MBA决策能力方面教学的重要基础。以西部地区一全国排名前二十的MBA项目的 277位MBA学生为样本做问卷调查,以抗结构化能力作为决策能力的测度变量,同时测度了人口统计学变量、工作经历类变量、工作心理状态类变量。通过回归分析发现,MBA学生的决策能力在年龄和性别上是均匀分布的,并不存在传统认识上年龄越大决策能力越强,以及男性比女性的决策能力更强的关系。但是曾工作单位数与决策能力负相关,即工作频繁更换会使决策能力下降,而不是上升。此外,工作压力与决策能力正相关,即工作压力越大决策能力越强。研究结果为MBA教学设计提供了实证依据。An important goal of MBA education is to cultivate MBA students’ decision- making ability in the operational management. Mastering the distributive law and characteristics of MBA students’ decision- making ability is the important basis to carry out the education effectively at the aspect of MBA students’ decision-making ability. The questionnaire survey was conducted among 277 MBA students who were chosen from one MBA project of western university ranked the 20 th all over the country,in order to make anti structure ability become the measuring variable of decision- making ability,and thus measure the variables of population statistics,working experiences,and working psychological state. Through regression analysis,it is found out that MBA students’ decision- making abilities distribute evenly at the age and sex,and there isn ’t any evidence which can confirm that the elder has stronger decision- making ability than the younger,and the male has stronger decision- making ability than the male. However,it is discovered that the number of work unit one has had is negative correlative to decision- making,namely,decision- making ability falls down with the frequent change of work units instead of rising. In addition,working pressure is positively correlative to decision- making,in other words,the bigger the working pressure,the stronger the decision- making ability. All this study provides some practical basis for the design of MBA teaching.
