摘 要:采用异丁基乙烯基醚改性双酚A型环氧E-51和脂环族环氧UVR6110,研究了改性环氧的紫外光固化过程中红外光谱变化特征和凝胶率变化规律。乙烯基醚化合物IBVE能大幅加速E-51和UVR6110阳离子光固化速率和反应程度。20%IBVE改性E-51经过3min光固化后,红外光谱上的环氧基大部分消失,凝胶率达到90%。20%IBVE改性UVR6110经过3m in时凝胶率达37%,7min后环氧基大部分消失,凝胶率达到90%。Bisphenol A type epoxy E-51 and alicyclic epoxy UVR6110 were modified with isobutyl vinyl ether(IBVE).Variation of the infrared spectrum and gel fraction of the modified epoxy resins during the UV curing process were studied.IBVE can significantly accelerate the cationic UV-curing rate of E-51 and UVR6110 and improve the extent of the curing reaction. The absorption peak in of the epoxy groups of E-51 epoxy modified with 20% IBVE almost disappears and the gel fraction can reach 90% after 3min UV-curing. By contrast, the gel fraction of the epoxy groups of UVR6110 epoxy modified with 20% IBVE is 37% after 3min UV-curing, the absorption peak of the epoxy groups almost disappears and the gel fraction can reach 90% after 7min UV-curing.
