摘　　要：建筑装饰工程施工是一项技术复杂、内容烦琐的工作,其质量管理涉及工程施工的全过程。因此,在施工过程中,必须要采取全方位、积极并有效的管理措施,重点控制影响建筑装修施工质量的主要影响因素,严格按照施工规范、工序及质量标准要求,才能保障建筑装饰工程的施工质量,为企业和社会争创良好的信誉。Construction decoration engineering construction is a work with complex technology and tedious content, and its quality management involves the entire process of project construction. Thus, we must take comprehensive, positive and effective management measures in the construction process, focus on major factors influencing the construction quality of decoration in strict accordance with construction norms, processes and quality standard so as to guarantee the architectural engineering quality, and strive for well-deserved reputation.
