摘　　要：近些年来,国家非常重视乡镇图书馆工作,习近平总书记发表的一系列讲话,国家十三五规划为我国乡镇图书馆建设和发展指明了方向。乡镇图书室要在藏书量等条件允许的情况下,积极开展图书室图书资料外借服务、阅览服务、阅读辅导、参考咨询服务,满足读者的各方面需求。China has attached great importance to township library in recent years, general secretary Xi Jinping published a series of speeches and the 13 th five-year plan point out the direction for construction and development of township library.Township library should actively carry out lending service, reading service, reading tutoring and reference service to meet the various needs of readers.
