摘　　要：高等教育必须根据产业结构变化趋势相应调整自己的人才培养结构,以适应区域经济发展的需求。为此,我们从吉林省高等教育人才培养结构及产业结构的现状入手、深入探讨适应吉林省经济发展的高等教育人才培养结构优化的基本策略。Higher education has to adjust its structure of talent cultivation according to the trend of industrial structural changes to satisfy the demands of regional economic development. The paper first reviews present status of talent cultivation structure of higher education and industrial structure of Jilin Province,and then discusses fundamental strategies to optimize the former one to meet the requirements of the province ＇ s economic development.
