摘　　要：1目的观察重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(rh-aFGF)对电离子术后面部皮肤创面愈合效果的影响。2方法观察组采用rh-aFGF对面部皮肤创面进行喷涂和湿敷,对照组采用覆盖无菌油纱处理。对两组病例的创面愈合时间及用药后7、14、21天创面愈合率等相关数据进行统计学分析。3结果创面愈合时间观察组(9±3.1)天,对照组(14±4.9)天,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);7天和14天创面愈合率观察组(75±6)%和(99±3)%,对照组(65±8)%和(91±8)%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。4结论 rh-aFGF有明显促进创面愈合的作用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor（rh-aFGF）on facial skin wound with High-frequency electro-ionization therapy.Methods The observation group was applied rh-aFGF to spray and wet facial skin wound.The Control group was treated with conventional treatment.The wound healing time and healing rate of 7,14,21 days after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time of the observation group and the control group were（9±3.1）d and（14±4.9）d.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.On the 7th day,the wound healing rate of the observation group and control group were（75±6）% and（65±8）%,The diference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.On the 14 th day,the wound healing rate of the control group were（99±3）% and（91±8）%,The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Rh-aFGF can obviously promote the healing of facial skin wound.
