Orem自我护理对糖尿病视网膜病变患者视功能生存质量的影响

摘　　要：1目的观察以Orem自我护理理论为指导的干预方案对糖尿病视网膜病变患者视功能生存质量的影响。2方法选择2013年7月~2014年6月某市眼科医院糖尿病视网膜病变视功能生存质量总评分≥45分的糖尿病视网膜病变患者100例,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组各50例。两组均给予常规治疗与护理;干预组在此基础上,给予Orem自我护理理论模式下的综合干预。于干预前后进行视功能生存质量测评,比较效果。3结果干预6个月后,干预组患者日常活动限制、自理、活动、心理等维度及总的视功能生存质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。4结论以Orem自我护理理论为基础的综合护理干预可有效提高糖尿病视网膜病变患者相关视功能生存质量。Objective To observe the effect of the intervention programs based on the orem selfcare nursing model on the visual function and life quality（VF/QOL）among patients with DR.Methods A total of 100 patients with DR treated in department of ophthalmology hospital in diabetic retinopathy ward were selected by visual function and life quality（VF/QOL）（Score more than 45points）during July 2013 to June 2014,and they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group（50cases in each group）.The control group received yortine therapy and nursing.The patients of intervention group received comprehensive intervention based on the orem self-care nursing model.By assessing visual function and life quality of DR patients before and after intervention,compared the differences between the two groups respectively.Results Using the comprehensive nursing intervention application for 6months based on orem self-care nursing model after the intervention for patients with DR,we found that visual function and life quality of patients in intervention group were better than the control group in the dimensions of daily activity limitations,self-care,activity,psychological and overall visual function and QOL,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention programs based on the orem self-care nursing model can effectively improve the related visual function and quality of life.
