摘  要:探讨表面活性剂增加木蝴蝶中总黄酮提取率的可行性。采用回流提取法,考察表面活性剂用量、提取温度、乙醇浓度对木蝴蝶总黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明,最适回流温度为80℃,最佳乙醇浓度为60%;提取溶剂中表面活性剂用量为0%-0.12%时,木蝴蝶总黄酮提取率随乙醇中表面活性剂脱氧胆酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠用量增加而增加;提取溶剂中相同浓度脱氧胆酸钠或十二烷基硫酸钠对木蝴蝶总黄酮提取率影响相近,且二者间无显著差异;分别以含0.12%脱氧胆酸钠的40%乙醇、60%乙醇为提取溶剂提取木蝴蝶总黄酮,二者提取率相近。乙醇溶液中加入脱氧胆酸钠可增加木蝴蝶总黄酮提取率,降低提取成本。The current study was aimed to investigate the effects of sodium deoxycholate,a kind of endogenous surfactant,on the extraction rate of flavones from Oroxylum indicum. O. indicum was extracted by refluxing method and the effect of the single factor,such as the amount of the surfactant,the extraction temperature and ethanol concentration on extraction rate of flavones from O. indicum were studied. The results showed that the optimized reflux temperature and ethanol concentration were 80℃ and 60%,respectively. The extraction rate of flavones from O. indicumwas enhanced during the mass concentration range of 0%- 0. 12% in ethanol. Similar results for increasing extraction rate of flavones from O. indicum were obtained and no significant difference was found at the same concentration of sodium deoxycholate and sodium lauryl sulfate in ethanol. The extraction rate of 40% ethanol withmass concentration of 0. 12% sodium deoxycholateand 60% ethanol was greatly similar. The method facilitates extraction rate of flavones and reduced the extraction cost.
