摘 要:消化性溃疡(Peptic ulcer,PU)主要指发生在胃及十二指肠的慢性溃疡,自然人群中发病率高达10%,是临床上的常见病、多发病。药物治疗是消化道溃疡的主要治疗方法,积极的药物治疗可使95%以上的患者免于手术治疗,但目前临床所用药物存在不同程度的毒副作用,而且复发率较高。近年来,中药有效成分的抗溃疡作用实验研究取得了显著进展,本文对此做一简单回顾,对中药抗溃疡作用的机制做一初步综述。Peptic ulcer( PU) mainly refers to chronic ulcer in stomach and duodenum,its incidence rate in natural crowd is as high as 10%. PU is a common and frequently- occurring disease. Drug administration is the main treatment of peptic ulcer. More than 95% patients are surgery- free because of the active drug treatment. As a result of side effects and high recurrence rate,patients are unable to be in long- time stable conditions. In recent years,significant progress in experimental investigation in antiulcer effect of Chinese medicine has been made. In this review we will discuss and highlight the mechanism of antiulcer effect of traditional Chinese medicine and its effective components.
