摘  要:使用叔丁醇(TBA)基凝胶-注模法制备莫来石多孔陶瓷材料,研究了不同干燥温度下坯体的失重、收缩以及最终的烧结。发现在较高的干燥温度下,坯体的失重较快,基本没有收缩,而在室温下干燥的坯体,失重较慢,具有较大的收缩。在高温下干燥的坯体,表层和内部水分的迁移速度不一,导致内部出现应力的不均匀,使得烧结后的材料出现较多的破碎。因此,使用叔丁醇基凝胶-注模法制备的多孔陶瓷材料坯体,初始低温干燥,后期高温干燥,可以得到长期保存并且烧结成功率较高的多孔陶瓷材料。Porous mullite ceramics were prepared by gel-casting method using tert-butyl alcohol(TBA)as solvent.The weight lose,shrinkage and final sintering were analyzed.When the green bodies were drying at high temperature,the speed of weight lose was fast,and the shrinkage could be ignored;and when the green bodies were drying at room temperature,the speed of weight lose was slow,and the shrinkage was high.The internal and external moisture migration speed was differ when drying under high temperature,lead to internal stress be non-uniform.For the samples prepared by gel-casting method using TBA as solvent,the green body should be drying initial at room temperature and late high temperature.When drying with this method,the green body could be long-term preservation and unbroken after sintering.
