摘 要:在室温下,采用超声辅助液相法快速合成了有机-无机杂化钙钛矿薄膜。碘化铅和甲基碘化氨的摩尔比为1∶1,通过超声振荡法溶于γ-丁内酯(GBL)溶液,得到黄色透明液体。采用荧光分光光度计对溶液的光发射谱进行表征,发现在495 nm和826 nm出现特征峰;采用滴涂法以及溶剂蒸发来制备有机-无机杂化钙钛矿薄膜,通过XRD和SEM对薄膜结构和形貌进行分析。结果表明,获得的钙钛矿薄膜是四方晶系,薄膜的晶粒呈现不规则的六边形且尺寸达到微米量级。The organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite thin films were prepared with ultrasonic assisted solution method at room temperature.The molar ratio of lead iodide and methyl iodide ammonia is 1 to 1.Let the reactant dissolve in butyrrolactone solvent with ultrasonic oscillation method,then get yellow transparent liquid.The optical emission spectrum of yellow transparent liquid was characterized by fluorescence spectrophotometer.It is found that there are two characteristic peaks at 495 nm and 826 nm.The organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite thin films were prepared by drop coating and solvent evaporation method.The morphology and microstructure were described via SEM and XRD.The results show that the obtained perovskite films are tetragonal,and the micrometer-scale grains showing irregular hexagon.
