完善保定现代公共文化服务体系建设研究

摘　　要：在"京津冀"协同发展的大背景下,加强和完善保定市现代公共文化服务体系建设是提升保定城市形象,丰富古城人民文化生活,增强城市竞争力的重要环节。近年来,保定市现代公共文化服务体系建设虽取得了一些成绩,但还存在不少问题。要解决这些问题可以从以下几个方面入手:构筑现代化的公共文化服务网络设施体系;转变政府观念,建立公共文化需求的反馈机制;加强和提升乡镇农村的现代公共文化服务体系建设,实现城乡基本公共文化服务均等化;创新公共文化服务方式;提供优质的公共文化服务产品。In the context of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, strengthening and improving the construction of modern public cultural service system in Baoding city is important to the enhancement of the city image, to the enrichment of the cultural life of the residents, to the strengthening of its competitiveness. In recent years, although some achievements have been made in the construction of modern public cultural service system, there are still many problems. To solve those problems, a modern networked regional infrastructure and public facilities system should be built; the management idea should be changed,especially a feedback mechanism of public cultural needs should be established; to balance the basic public cultural services in urban and rural areas, the construction of modern rural public cultural service system should be further promoted; the public cultural serving mode should be innovated;and high quality products and service for public should be provided.
