基层部队卫生士官对中暑防治认知的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解基层部队卫生士官对中暑防治现状的认知情况及存在的问题,为开展系统化中暑防治培训及完善中暑救治体系提供参考。方法 2015年5-6月,采用目的抽样法选择12名在某军医大学参加任职教育培训的卫生士官作为研究对象,进行面对面、半结构式深入访谈法,通过笔记及录音采集数据,运用Colaizzi内容分析法分析资料。结果提炼出3个主题:卫生士官对基层部队中暑宣教必要性的认识;卫生士官对基层部队中暑宣教与防治现状的看法;卫生士官参与中暑防治实践的自我反思。结论有必要加大基层部队官兵中暑宣教力度和广度,加强卫生士官中暑救护知识与技能的培训,以普及中暑防治知识、提高中暑救护能力,实现科学、有效、安全的中暑紧急救治。Objective To explore the medical sergeants＇ awareness and the problems of acute heat illness prevention and treatment in grassroot troops,in order to provide reference for developing systematic acute heat illness prevention education program and perfecting prevention and treatment system.MethodsTotally 12 medical sergeants were selected and had face-to-face,semi-structured in-depth interview.The data were collected through notes and recording,and analyzed using Colaizzi method.Results Three themes were extracted：the medical sergeants＇ cognition of necessity of acute heat illness education;the medical sergeants＇ view of acute heat illness education,prevention and treatment;the medical sergeants＇ reflection of attending acute heat illness prevention and treatment practice.Conclusions There is a need to enhance the heat illness education,and strengthen the rescue knowledge and skill training,and popularize heat illness prevention and treatment knowledge,improve rescue ability,and implement scientific,effective and safe heat illness prevention and treatment.
