摘　　要：宋朝非常重视海上贸易立法,法律活动比较频繁,并制定了我国历史上第一部海上贸易法规——元丰条法。宋朝制定的系列海上贸易法规对商人、商货及船舶进行了严格监管,调动了域内外商人进行海上贸易的积极性,促进了古代中国与域外的经济文化交流,同时朝廷也获取了丰厚的财政利益。The government of Song Dynasty attached great importance to maritime trade legislation and legal activi- ties were more frequent. The government also developed our country＇ s first offshore trade regulations - Yuanfeng method. The royal court developed series of maritime trade regulations and put merchants, shippers and shipping un- der strict supervision. Through this way it mobilized the domestic and foreign businessmen to do maritime trade and promoted the economic and cultural exchanges between China and abroad. At the same time, the royal court received the substantial financial benefits.
