双重视角下大学生村官成长成才问题研究——基于对五省市访谈记录的分析

摘　　要：大学生村官成长成才是一个涉及到多方利益的综合性问题,在涉及该问题时,不同社会群体会在结合其所特有立场的条件下提出各自观点与看法。在选取乡村居民与管理者作为受访对象并基于其各自的视角来对大学生村官群体及其相关政策进行分析的过程中,不难发现"村官"群体与相关政策当中依然存在着各式各样问题,而薪酬与培训问题则是众多问题当中格外引人关注的焦点。这需要对原有的薪酬与培训制度进行变革并在此基础之上寻求更为有效的发展路径。College-student village officials＇ growth is a comprehensive problem which involves in many groups＇ interests. Different social groups will hold different viewpoints when they talk about this problem. It is not difficult to find all kinds of issues which exist in the group of village officials and its relevant policies when we analyzing them on the basis of interviewing the rural residents and administrators, especially the issue about salary and training are the most prominent one among these problems. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the salary and training institute and to explore more effective measures on the basis of insti- tute innovation.
