摘　　要：目的探讨完全腹膜外疝修补术中持镜手的体会和技巧。方法总结沈阳军区总医院2013年6月至2014年11月,190例患者行完全腹膜外疝修补术的持镜技巧。结果本组患者均顺利完成手术,所有手术疗效满意。结论一名合格的完全腹膜外疝修补术的持镜手需要熟练掌握腹腔镜手术中共有的持镜技巧及特殊技巧,熟悉术者的手术步骤,不断总结经验,这样能充分发挥TEP的优势,帮助术者安全流畅的完成每一例手术。Objective To investigate the experiences and skills of a camera holder in laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair. Methods 190 cases of TEP in General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region from June 2013 to November 2014 was collected,and the skills of camera holding in surgery were summarized. Results All operations were successfully completed with satisfactory outcome.Conclusion A qualified camera holder for TEP must be not only skilled in common laparoscopic surgery and in special cases,but also be familiar with operation procedures,and constantly summing up the experience,so that it can optimize the use of the advantages of TEP,and help the surgeon complete every operation safely and smoothly.
