国家体育利益拓展与发展趋势研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法和比较法,分析国家体育利益拓展的概念、拓展方向、拓展内容、拓展特点、拓展方式,预测体育拓展的未来发展趋势。国家体育利益主要包括大众体育、竞技体育、体育产业、体育科教、体育文化、体育发展战略、组织与动员等7个方面的利益。在不同历史时期,国家体育利益的排序也不相同。当前,其拓展特点为:由传统领域向非传统领域扩展;透明度提高,国际化程度增强;与其他行业逐渐融合,体育边界趋向模糊。其拓展方式为:采取贯彻并落实国家发展战略,坚持独立自主并适当跟随的体育发展战略。未来,我国体育利益拓展将会呈现出体育向生活性服务业转型、向体育网络经济扩展、向医疗卫生系统靠拢与合作、与文化产业深度融合、扮演国家形象代言人这五种发展趋势。Through literature and comparative studies,analysis of the concept of expansion of national sports interests,development trend,content,characteristics,and mode were predicted.National sports interests include sports for all,competitive sports,sports industry,sports science and education,sports culture,sports development strategy,organization and mobilization.The rankings of the interests at different historical periods were different.At present,the interests have expanded from the traditional areas to the non-traditional areas.They are more transparent and international.They are more integrated with other industries,thus blurring the boundaries with other industries.An expansion of the national sports interests is to carry out the national development strategy,adhere to an independent sports development strategy.In the future,sports will orient more on consumer services,network economy development,medical and health institution cooperation,cultural industry integration and national image building.
