成人法洛四联症合并体肺侧支患者内外科镶嵌治疗的护理体会

摘　　要：目的总结成人法洛四联症（TOF）合并体肺侧支患者内外科镶嵌治疗的护理经验。方法回顾性分析10例成人TOF合并体肺侧支血管患者内外科镶嵌治疗的护理,其中男7例,女3例,年龄18~27岁,平均（20.3±4.5）岁,体重48~56 kg,平均（50.8±3.9）kg。包括病房和导管室护士及心外手术室的密切配合,术后做好循环系统、呼吸系统、心包纵隔引流管等的观察及护理以及介入封堵术侧伤肢的护理。结果 10例患者手术均成功,简化了手术过程,术后无严重并发症,顺利康复出院,随访6~12个月,均存活,生活质量明显提高。结论成人TOF合并体肺侧支患者采取内外科镶嵌治疗,可简化手术操作,提高手术效果及患者的生活质量,减少术后并发症及死亡率。Objective To summarize nursing experience of medical and surgical hybrid therapy for adult patients with tetralogy of Fallot（ TOF） complicated with aorta pulmonary collateral arteries. Methods The nursing care of 10 cases of adult patients with TOF complicated with aorta pulmonary collateral arteries was analyzed,7cases were male,3 cases were female,age ranged from 18 to 27 years old,mean age was（ 20. 3 ± 4. 5） years old,weight ranged from 48 to 56 kg,average weight was（ 50. 8 ± 3. 9） kg. The nursing care of the patients included the close cooperation of the ward,the nurse in the room and the operation room,the observation and nursing of the circulatory system,respiratory system,and the drainage tube of the pericardial septum,and the injured limb in the interventional therapy. Results All patients were successfully operated,the operation process was simplified,there was no serious complication after surgery. All the patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months. The quality of life was significantly improved. Conclusion Surgery in adult patients with TOF complicated with aorta pulmonary collateral can simplify the operation,improve effectiveness of surgery and quality of patients＇ life,reduce postoperative complications and mortality.
