摘　　要：在现有气液固回路反应装置的基础上设计一种用于气液固三相催化反应的高效喷射回路反应装置,介绍该装置的组成,对比分析了该反应技术与现有气液固反应装置相比具有的优点,并考察了该反应技术在苯胺加氢中试装置上的应用效果。A kind of high efficient spray loop reaction unit for gas- liquid- solid three phases catalytic reaction is designed based on the existing gas-liquid- solid loop reactor.This paper describes the composition of the unit and comparatively analyzes the advantages of this reaction technology with the existing gas- liquid- solid reaction unit,and investigates the effect of the application of this reaction technology in aniline hydrogenation pilot plant.
