昆布配伍规律及临床应用进展

摘　　要：昆布为传统中药,各产地质量上存在差异。昆布复方通过灵活地配伍,被广泛用于防治瘿瘤、积聚、瘰疬、痞块等症状。药理研究表明,昆布具有消炎、抗血栓、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等作用,临床上用于炎症、防治心血管疾病、肿瘤、癌症等各科疾病的治疗。笔者从昆布的"药源、配伍规律、临床应用"角度综述昆布的研究进展,为后续临床研究、应用的开展提供参考。Luminaire Thallus is a traditional Chinese medicine,the quality different between origins. Compound through a flexible combination of Luminaire Thallus,are widely used to prevent goiter,accumulation,Scrofula,lump in the abdomen and other symptoms. Pharmacological studies show that Luminaire Thallus has anti-inflammatory,antithrombosis,antitumor,antiviral,clinically used for inflammation,heart disease treatment,tumors,cancer and other diseases. The research progress of luminaire Thallus on medicine source,compatibility rules and clinical application were overviewed,to provide the reference for follow-up clinical studies and application.
