摘　　要：千年健为我国传统中药,潜在药用价值较大。本文基于近年来国内外对千年健的研究,综述其药理活性研究进展,为全面了解和揭示千年健的生物活性,进一步深入开发利用千年健提供借鉴和参考。Homalomenaocculta（ Lour.） Schott is widely applied in traditional folk herbal medicines at home and abroad,with a great potential medical value. The recent literatures on pharmacological effects were summarized in to reviews. Based on the domestic and foreign studies on Homalomenaocculta（ Lour.） Schott,the advance in studies on pharmacological effects were summarized to provide a reference for the comprehensive study and utilization of Homalomenaocculta（ Lour.） Schot.
