摘  要:采用XRD、SEM、TEM、EBSD和VSM等多种方法,分析了S30432奥氏体不锈钢新样品、高温应力时效样品(650℃/51 MPa/1.9×104h)的显微组织(尤其是高温应力时效后马氏体组织),探讨了高温应力时效前后的磁性变化。结果表明:S30432高温应力时效组织中存在α'-马氏体,位于贫铬区内的紧邻晶界区,亚结构为高密度位错;紧邻晶界区中铬贫化诱发了马氏体转变;碳化物具有磁性,为0.234 emu/g(外加磁场强度1000 Oe时);马氏体和碳化物共同引起了高温时效S30432出现磁性,其中前者占主要部分。Microstructure(especially martensitic structure after high-temperature stress aging) of the new S30432 steel specimens and the specimens aged at 650 ℃ and stress of 51 MPa for 1.9 × 104 h was studied by means of XRD,SEM,TEM,EBSD technique and VSM,and variation of magnetic property of the S30432 steel before and after aging was discussed.The results show that there are some α'-martensitic structure of the S30432 steel after high-temperature stress aging at chromium-depleted zone near the grain boundaries,and its sub-structure is high density dislocation.Chromium-depleted induced martensitic transformation.Magnetic variation of the S30432 steel before and after aging is caused by α'-martensitic and carbides,and the former plays a major role.
