摘 要:转向系统是汽车中的一个重要组成部分,对转向系统进行可靠性试验至关重要,传统的转向系统台架试验是基于横拉杆的疲劳等效理论施加载荷,工况简单,无法真实考核整个转向系统在用户使用过程中的运行情况。该文针对汽车电动助力转向系统,提出一种新的可靠性台架试验方案,该方案综合考虑了用户实际使用过程中的车速、转角、转速、转向器负载以及路面垂向激励等因素,结合五通道试验台,能够实现转向系统的"道路模拟",从而更加准确地考核转向系统的可靠性,因此更加有效地保护了用户的驾驶体验甚至是生命安全。Steering system is as an important part of vehicle, the reliability test of steering system is very important. The traditional bench test of steering system applies the load based on equivalent fatigue theory of tie road, which has simple working condition and cannot check out the real condition that users perform in the process of operating steering system. This paper puts forward a new method of reliability bench test for the electric power steering system which is considered the factors such as speed, rotating angle, rotating speed, load of steering system and vertical vibration in the driving. The"road simulation"of the steering system can be achieved by the 5-channel test rig, and it can be more accurate to assess the reliability of steering system and more effective to guard the user's life.
