摘　　要：通过某错层框架结构的设计,分析了错层结构的动力性能和结构特性,总结了错层框架结构的结构布置、建模与计算参数的选取、位移比校核及抗震构造措施等相关设计内容,并针对错层框架结构的受力特点提出了一些待思考和研究的问题。Through the design of a staggered floor building,this paper summarizes the key design issues of staggered floor frame structure and analyses the structure dynamic characteristics of staggered floor frame structure. Key factors such as structure arrangement,modeling,calculation parameters,displacement ratio check and details of seismic design are mentioned in this paper. Some questions regarding to the mechanical properties and further research of staggered floor frame structure are also raised in this paper.
