摘 要:对厦门华尔顿1275(和昌中心)项目的多层地下室进行人工挖孔抗拨桩的设计分析,选取地下室典型柱网进行各类抗拨设计的分析与比较,详细计算了人工挖孔桩的抗拨承载力。结果表明:采用桩身直径d=1.1m,扩底直径D=2.4m,桩长l=10.5m的人工挖孔桩可以达到单桩抗拨承载力Tk=2 200k N,能满足地下室抗浮要求。分析进一步表明,应用人工挖孔抗拨桩相比锚杆等其它抗拨方案具有单桩抗拨力大、造价低、施工简便、工期短等优点,可以减少项目的施工工期并获得良好的经济效益。To design and analyze the manual hole digging piles of multistory basement in the project Walton1275( Hechang center) in Xiamen,uplift bearing capacity is calculated after the comparison of various pull- out designs in typical column grid. The result shows that the uplift bearing capacity of single pile reaches 2200 k N and meets the anti- floating requirements when pile diameter d = 1. 1m,belled diameter D = 2. 4 and pile length l = 10. 5m. It further suggests that manual hole digging pile is superior to anchor or other anti- pulling projects for greater resistance capacity,lower cost,and simpler construction. It reduces construction time and maximizes the economic benefit,as well as provides references to the anti- floating design of similar multistory basements.
